Freedom Plan
If you're a frequent parker who wants flexible parking
privileges, the Freedom Plan Program is
right for you. This unique program uses a garage access
tag that automatically deducts charges from your credit
card. The Freedom Plan lets you
pay as you go, with quick entry and exit. There is no need
to stop at the pay stations, just go straight to the gate!

Monthly Parking Pass
Our Monthly Parking Pass is our most
convenient parking program. For only $425 per month, you will receive 24-hour unlimited access
to the garage seven days a week. You will always have a
place to park with us as a Monthly Tag Holder, even during
the busy mid day hours in the city.
200 Clarendon Street Building Tenants: $415 per month

Reserved Monthly Parking Program
We now offer a Reserved Monthly Parking
Pass for $640 per month.
With this pass you will be assigned a designated
parking space located on level two of the facility
- exclusive only to you anytime you need it. We also have available a limited number of Level 1 Nested Reserved Spaces at $640 per month.

Overnight Monthly Program
Garage at 100 Clarendon offers two excellent parking
programs for residents and employees of
the Back Bay and South End. The best guarantee to keep
your car inside and away from the elements!
Sign up to become an Overnight Monthly parker for $125 per month and enjoy the following benefits…
- Garage access weekdays from 3:30pm - 9:30am
- All day Saturdays, Sundays & designated holidays (see below)
- 2 Free "Sick Days" per month (cannot be rolled over)
- Quick Access with expresses entry and exit
- The following Holidays are included: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Martin Luther King Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas day
- If you pre-pay for 12 months of parking, you will pay just $100 per month.

Employee Overnight Monthly Program
Garage at 100 Clarendon is the ONLY garage to offer
an Employee Overnight program for $100 per month that includes:
