Parking Services

In addition to an on-site Avis rental car location, The Garage at 100 Clarendon also offers battery jumpstarts, tire inflation, and loaner umbrellas in the event of inclement weather. For any of these services, ask a garage attendant or call the Garage Management Office at (617) 275-0151.

Monthly Parking

Monthly parking is available at 100 Clarendon. Submit your completed application and payment (check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) at the garage office on the first-floor Clarendon Street side, and your AVI Tag will be activated within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

Vehicle AVI Tags

The 100 Clarendon Parking Garage uses Automatic Vehicle Identification tags or AVI Tags. AVI is a Hands-Free monthly access system that allows authorized vehicles to enter and exit the facility.

Please Note: Tags must be used in a complete entry and exit cycle.

Once you have entered the facility, you must exit the facility before having access to enter again. If you have removed your tag from your vehicle and forget to bring it with you, please enter the garage at the main entrance on Clarendon Street, pull a ticket and proceed to the garage management office before leaving the facility. The garage manager will assist you. Please report lost or stolen tags to the garage manager as soon as possible. Access will be terminated for that account and a new tag can be issued. The replacement cost for lost or stolen cards is $30.

FORGOTTEN, LOST OR STOLEN TAGS

If you forget your tag, use a vehicle without one, or have removed it from your car, enter the garage at the main Clarendon Street entrance, pull a ticket, and visit the garage management office before leaving. The garage manager will assist you. If your tag is lost or stolen, report it immediately so access can be terminated and a replacement issued. Replacement tags cost $30.

SICK DAYS

As an overnight monthly parker, you receive two free sick days per month, which can be used if you need to enter before 3:30 PM or exit after 9:30 AM. To record a sick day, visit the garage office so customer service can reset your tag. If you have used both sick days, any entry or exit outside these times will be charged at the regular daily garage rates.

LIABILITY

Garage Owner and Operator do not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and are not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. The vehicle owner alone is responsible for parking and locking their car.
